Do not go to this eye care facility! On two separate occasions (1 year a part because I didn't go back after my first experience) I found the secretaries rude and unprofessional. I waited 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor and for over two hours to finish my appointment?? Why? I was in and out of the waiting room the entire time! A common phrase you'll hear is "if you could just wait here". They over schedule and provide very little explanation for their inefficiency. Dr. Tucker is amazing!! Truly patient oriented and makes you feel so welcome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and definitely goes the extra mile to meet patient needs. Highly recommended!
This office is great! I've never had a problem with them. They're punctual on appointments. When I've picked up new lenses or frames, it's always been ready when they said it would be. The staff and doctors are so nice and polite. 5 stars!
Dr. Coleman Anderson is the best eye doctor I've ever been to (and I've worn glasses since 5th grade.) He listens to and cares about his patients. He's very knowledgeable and wants to help you find what will work for you. The eyewear selection was excellent and I appreciated the clearance frames. I'll keep using Dr. Anderson and Alameda for all my family's vision care, even though it's out of state!
The only thing from keeping me changing eye care providers is Dr. Anderson. He understands my vision issues and has been an awesome doctor to me for years. But a few women at the front desk are rude and made it really an unpleasant experience paying and ordering my contacts...I feel like I'm a big inconvenience to them.
Best experience ever! Dr Anderson is so patient and kind! My 8 & 6 year old were a little nervous going in but he made them feel so comfortable and talked them through everything! All the staff members are amazing!
