RUN far and fast from here if customer service is important to you! My family and I walked in and spent 10 minutes walking around looking at glasses before we were acknowledged and after another 10 minutes nobody offered to assist us. We proceeded to walk out after we were prepared to purchase two pairs of glasses.
Alameda Vision Center is awesome! I went in for some eye pain I was having and Dr. Tucker knew exactly what the problem was and what I needed to do. I was on the mend in no time! Thanks for the exceptional care! I will definitely be returning!
