they don't take good care of patience takes them more then a hour to change them or to do anything to them and the rooms are dirty. iam already here but not coming back here highland is the best that I know. even the food is bad here
Here for a dog bite. Taken back to room. Stuck for two hours. Politely inquire about being seen. Male Filipino nurse rudely informs us we are not a priority and if it was HIS mom having a heart attack, he would rather her be seen than people who aren't serious. He said another Dr would be in an hour so maybe we would be seen after that. His name tag was turned around. Said we can complain to whoever. Asked who do we complain to. Years ago I had to go to the emergency room they're at Alameda service is fantastic nurses very caring I was well treated and released within a week or so I commend all the nurses all the doctors there at Alameda keep up the good works and God bless you all thank you for your loving kind and warm-hearted spirit but most of all thank Our God above with all the knowledge that you provide for us and your hands God guides keep up the good works God bless
My husband came in with fever & severe abdominal pains. Had emergency gall bladder removal surgery. We are on our 4th day (still here). The staff & nurses have been great & vet attentive. I was recently with my father admitted to a different hospital & the response was very slow to the call button. Alameda Hospital staff have been great
Good and quick. Doctors are professional and they have nice care givers
