Horrible judicial system. Filed a small claims with numerous pieces of proof and the judge completely misunderstood the case and her decision was in favor of the plaintiff who lied under oath. I am very disappointed in the system.

I filed small claims court case on the basis of breach of written contract -non payment of Severance payment from former employer, Astreya Partners, LLC,CA based company at this Court in Hayward,CA. In my opinion, with my respect to the Court the newly appointed Judge DORIS NG was biassed towards me, possibly because of my last Russian last name.
