Horrible judicial system. Filed a small claims with numerous pieces of proof and the judge completely misunderstood the case and her decision was in favor of the plaintiff who lied under oath. I am very disappointed in the system.

I filed small claims court case on the basis of breach of written contract -non payment of Severance payment from former employer, Astreya Partners, LLC,CA based company at this Court in Hayward,CA.
