This is my new favorite local business. They helped me with two new-to-me rugs and pads for my new house. Both were great quality at an unbelievable price. Staff are the friendliest and most knowledgeable you will find. Definitely going back and telling all my friends.
I went with Alameda Cleaners because from the get-go their customer service was beyond compare. I called several other companies and since they all had similar prices I went with the ones who took the time to explain things to me as a first time customer and had super friendly service. I’ve never had a rig professionally cleaned before, but since having my first rug done a few weeks ago, I went in and brought a second one. The job was done better than I could have hoped for and above that, every person I met there was wonderful. I’d recommend Alameda Carpet to anyone. Thank you!!
They did a great job with my difficult and quite dirty rugs. All six of them. They are the cleanest they've ever been. They took particular care with some old, middle-eastern rugs, which are a bit particular to do safely. They attended well to some minor repairs i needed and are great value for all the service
