A great shop with a strong community-support presence and educational programs, including teaching kids and adults to ride bikes once a moth during the season. Gene, George, Jim, and the rest of the staff are friendly, capable, and do not disappoint.
My 4.5 year old daughter and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Jim's class on how to ride a bike with pedals. That, together with the consistently thoughtful help I get from *everyone* I've had the chance to work with in the shop makes me grateful to have you in our neighborhood, and very happy to support you!
Thanks for the fantastic bike class today for the kids! Extra special thanks to Jim for his understanding and insight into the kiddos and what they do (and don't) need to get started on pedal bikes. My only request would be more bike classes! (Like two Sundays in a row for those who need a follow-up! I'd even gladly pay something (other than the bike purchase)! ;)
