Got a pedicure here for the first time. I have never flinched so much during a pedi. The nail tech (Mai) was very aggressive with the cuticle clippers and cut me both sides on almost every single toe to the point that I was bleeding. One was so bad she had to put a powder on it to get it to stop. I had told her it hurt several times and she sweetly apologized but continued to cut away. Best pedicure I’ve ever had!! Monica was so kind and incredibly detail oriented!! I’ll definitely be back.
I always struggle with ingrown toenails, and haven’t had them taken care of due to traveling, so they were growing deep. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who took care of me was so diligent and fixed me up expertly. Now, a few days later, they feel fantastic! Highly recommend.
