I came in for a pedicure and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. During the cuticle care, my nail tech, Mai, appeared to cut way beyond the cuticle and removed excessive amounts of healthy skin surrounding several of my toenails. As a result, multiple toes became red and irritated, and my pinky toe became swollen and began bleeding. Husband got Pedicure. He loved it. Very nice staff.
Got a pedicure here for the first time. I have never flinched so much during a pedi. The nail tech (Mai) was very aggressive with the cuticle clippers and cut me both sides on almost every single toe to the point that I was bleeding. One was so bad she had to put a powder on it to get it to stop. I had told her it hurt several times and she sweetly apologized but continued to cut away.
