Meh. My friends waited for almost an hour to get their food. Mine tasted good but looked like puke. It was disappointing.
AlaMar never disappoints! Whether you go for lunch, dinner or now brunch - you’ll won’t regret what you order. My favorite are the Dominican bowls, among other great food items on the menu.
Look... that oxtail bowl?? [√] Also, they have a good rum selection, some I'd never even heard of. Love this place.
I came in yesterday with a good friend and we stayed for hours. Every single staff member made my dining experience fun and relaxed. The food was amazing as were the drinks. Please put the strawberry drink on the menu, I loved it! I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Oakland.
