I had a much longer review wrote, but something crashed. So here it is. Good communication with Leila the whole time. Had 3 couples staying there at one time. Worked out nicely for the outdoor area to hang out in. It does get quiet there, so sitting out there listening to the wave was just fine. Location is perfect. We had some minor issues, but a phone call and it was taken care of. We would come back and stay. It is a reasonably price place to stay, not fancy by any means. But it worked for us!

This was my second and last stay at this place. People smoking on decks and walking around the pool. No signs anywhere. Kitchen had one pot and it was all scratched, Teflon pealing. The bottom of the kettle was corroded with hard water. When I poured it out gunk came out. 20 years old at least. Frying pan was usable. Sofa pull out bed was unbelievably dirty and very thin mattress. Shower had a hair in it. I just got back from our little vacation there. It really is a great location. Quiet and relaxing obviously during the day on the weekend you can hear the music and people enjoying the beach since you are just a 2min walk from the sands, but it's great. Small pool with grill and a little sun shade. Only a few minutes from publix and other fantastic local restaurants and treats.
