My husband was in there waiting to be admitted all day with no offer of food or drink. Is that really how to treat a sick person? Also having to call over and over to get help to use the restroom. Staff having a ball of a good time right outside of our room the whole time. They could try doing what we are paying them for.

How do I go about getting a wrong diagnosis off my daughters medical record that she got from this hospital? She was admitted for suicidal thoughts. I ask them to check her for Bi polar, but they never did. But, they sure did diagnosis her with something else that makes no sense. And, just know that your hospital gave no help afterwards, even though you told my daughter you would. such liars. She also has a bill, cause ya'll never asked if she had insurance. But, she did. I did Cardiac Rehab here. The staff was professional and very helpful. Everyone at ARMC was great, from the Security Guards to the Parking Attendants to the cafeteria staff.
Have had several great experiences at this hospital. I would go there for anything as serious as a knee replacement (I did), or an ER visit. No hospital is perfect but I appreciate these guys.
Your staff is incompetent and negligent.
