Ghosted by my own insurance agent. Not only did she stop returning my calls midway through Medicare enrollment, she couldn't remember, every time I talked to her, what it was I needed. Twice, she told me, "Let me call you right back." She never called! If she didn't want my business i wish she had told me weeks ago. Time wasted, money wasted. Found a great agent who is taking care of business. So disappointed.
