Absolutely the worse hospital we’ve ever been in... poor care... filthy
I’m a nursing student and I feel more qualified than a lot of the MD, Nurse Practitioners, Advanced NPs, MOAs, RNBSNs, RNs, and all of the above from my junior year. In case they forgot from N100, pain is subjective! You cannot call somebody a drug seeker if they are legitimate pain. The care my loved one received was a torture treatment and is one of the most unethical medical establishments I have ever seen. A student nurse could get more diagnoses correct than the people who work here. The misdiagnosing here is incredible... read more

OSF St. Joseph has the absolutely WORST ER. The doctors are horrible the nurses are worse. My son came in as he was having a stroke. No prior medical conditions. Accused him of being a drug overdose, even after drug tests came back negative. The doctor tried to convince me my son took something. The nurse was rude, disrespectful, mean and had NO bedside manner. The doctor was Adamant about discharging my son, failing to mitigate what was happening. Well, St. Joseph Medial Center burned me again. Love their staff, love the doctors. But, the administration sticks it to you. You got me twice. You won't get me again.
RecommendedThank you for being so quick, thorough and helpful with immunocompromised people dealing with covid scares in the area. I was tested yesterday and today I received the monitors to test myself twice a day just in case. Really appreciated the nice orange cup and cute solar daisy. I genuinely appreciate and love all my OSF doctors.
