Dr. Valval - was extremely unprofessional, and dismissive. The Dr's attitude seemed agitated and bothered by questions being asked at a follow up visit. In the field of medicine with the Overall emotional and mental well-being of patients in mind - Good ole Dr Valval would greatly benefit from taking a course in emotional intelligence. Dr Vaval always listens first and asks questions later. Great bedside manner, he is intelligent and considerate. Dr Vaval always has suggestions and celebrates your success in improving your health.The staff are always pleasant and kind. Would never go anyplace else.
He took the time to listen and diagnosed an issue I have been bounced around for over 1 year. Office is busy but he always takes the time to listen.
Still waiting for a response from December from Dr. Vaval and a return phone call from over three weeks ago from his nurse. Definitely NOT the level of care you need from someone as important as your cardiologist!!!!! If you want excellent care, Capital Cardiology is who you should call!!!
Had a appointment for 230 in afternoon and waited till after 4 for a follow up appointment then there was no talk of what or how problem happened only for Vaval had attitude and extremely rude and short storming out of exam room then reentering with papers from neurology saying, "do you know what this means" , keep in mind I am not a doctor that's why I was there ,then Vaval forcibly underlines few statements saying "nothing wrong with you ,you can leave".For someone having chest pains and fluttering in upper chest then seve... read more
Dr. Vaval always took the time to listen and I honestly believe this is why he has diagnosed my health condition when many others did not. Great doctor! Very direct and easy to understand. I am better now and he has taught me so much about how to care for myself moving forward.
