I love Lens Crafters. Especially their employees are extremely helpful in the process of the eye exam. I was a first time experience getting my contacts in and even though it took three times visting, they never gave up on me. As a suggestion please visit and try this place whenever you want to get an eye exam and or contacts for the first time.

These people were some of the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and deceptive people I have ever met in a physician's office! Not only did they try to charge me for something I was never given the option to decline, they just acted like it was part of the nominal fee for the exam. I even asked if it was extra and was told NO. That was lie number 1. Lie number 2 came when I was checking out.
