Almost 3 hours for a basic vision exam with an appointment. 650 dollar RX (100 for frames, 550 for lenses) for a woman with 20/20 vision. Worst customer service and price in the world. Avoid at all cost; will gouge you and treat you like crap.
I went to Lenscrafters YEARS ago and I heard about the computerized eye exam. I brought in two previous generations of glasses and they got into the system. They have the retina photos as well as the familiar glaucoma test. The exam was excellent! - I'M BACK to Lenscrafers!
This is my 2nd time here and I would absolutely recommend you come to get your eyes in check. Loved the staff, great information, and great sercives with Lens Crafters.
