RecommendedVery well located mobile homes with a great Club house for family activities.
Noise Noise Noise - if you like your house to sound like a bass drum, then by all means move here. Neighbors violate lease everyday by parking in the street, excessive bass and even putting up a bouncy house. One neighbor shot fireworks at my home. Also lots of turnover in the office. Kathy was horrible, Ruth is downright rude... I would recommend a park bench before this place! Also any fool with a motorcycle can come zipping through
Vivo.aqui y desde que dicen que van a limpiar esto cada dia es peor los pyntos de droga cortan muy mal el patio hay muchas casas feas y por mas linda que uno tenga la de uno el vecino ni limpia .Los niños no estan seguros ni en el parque la cancha en mal estado .Creo q seben de hacwr una limpieza y poner. aceras para que los niños puedan correr sus bicicles y esten mas seguros deberian de poner portones privado con codigos .Yo estoy loca pir mudarme no se lo recomiendo a nadie tan lindo que lo pintan y sirve .

asido tres meses de todo mal no ai comunicación con las de la oficina todo lo ven mal pero la droga no asen nada y con los robó mucho meno a mala hora compre en esta propiedad
now as a home owner I can't swim past 6 I don't get home till -almost 7 really I work every day and now I can't swim maybe selling would be a good thing
Wouldn't recommend at all.... The drugs and crime in there.... The pedophiles included, but yet I can't rent there because of a record from 20 years ago but yet you allow these people? But not a hard working tax payer.... I'm taking this to Channel 9 and all
drug dealers bad place to live very poor customer service in front office and they don't let you know when water is turned off

Thank you for your comments. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the standard of service our residents deserve. We will do better with letting our residents know when we have a scheduled maintenance.
How about instead of putting up all these flags to get more people to move in you instead fix up this crap hole for the people already living here. Stop raising the rent if we are seeing nothing being done to benefit us. Put back up the security gates so maybe there will be less drug deals going on in here. Work for the residents you have now not lie to incoming residents.
