We lived here for a year as we were able to purchase. This place in the past had drug dealers like everywhere else, they are cleaning the house for sure. Hoping for security gates to come back. Is clean and quiet, accessible to everything. Less then 5 mins to Waterford Lakes Town Center, very near to 408 exit. We have nice neighbors who watch for each other. I inquired for a home in this community though I qualified and have manny qualifications. after I gave them money for background checks they denied me for a DTI claiming I don’t make enough for the loan when I make 3,000 a month...I believe theirs favoritism more on the racial status I can see what is going on in this community don’t rent from here if your last name is not jose or Rodriguez..
Also would like everyone to know that we have the right to start a community association of our own, Because of the times we would have to do it on the internet, If you want to live in a safer place and are worried about this, we should do something about it.I also recommend that all houses keep strong lighting on at night and add a security surveillance system, My house has over 8 cameras recording night and day, I could show you stuff , would knock your socks off!!!! We have been excellent residents and neighbors here maintaining our little house like a showroom, they use my house to show to potential buyers , how nice it is here, But it is a nightmare living here for good God fearing, law abiding citizens, The owners of the park are very bad people, they have dont nothing here at all to improve, They only keep the entrances nice to entrap and fool potential buyers, The rules and regulations are non-existent and yes there is discrimination here, When we moved here , each person had to go... read more
