Aladdin and Austin did a fine job replacing my tankless water heater. Both are professional and hard working. One of the things I like is they were local too. I would definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues.
Careful. If you have American Home Shield, don’t use these guys. They were supposed to replace our water heater. Even though Liberal was supposed to be included, They charged $1600 anyways on ‘extras’. When you actually look at the invoice, it’s completely nuts on what they charge. When I inquired about it as they came out, the guy got so mad at me I felt threatened.
Austin from Aladdin’s plumbing fixed a problem in my house in drainage. He is skilled and hard working. Aladdin is a good company that American Home Shield uses and I hope they keep them. It’s a good feeling to know you can trust a company. Also they worked with me and put me on a cancellation list and managed to fix the problem the next day! Thank you so much. NY
Been using Aladdin for over 5 years via AHS home warranty. Literally they are the reason we still keep the policy. Techs are always pros and do good work. Yesterday Aladdin himself came out on New Years Eve to look at our wonky water heater. He took a part back to his shop and came back and installed a new one at 10:30 PM. He didn’t want us to be without hot water going into the new year. Above and beyond!
We paid to have toilet unclogged. The plumber toilet snaked it and the. Pours some buckets of water down. I kept telling him it did not sound like it is flushing the same as it has for years now. On a simple flush with a little toilet paper 🧻 it clogged again the next day. I called back and they don’t warranty any clog work. I personally don’t think they did anything that was required.
