I am from Waco, TX and recently bought a new home and had NO idea what all furniture I would need, could afford or what I wanted as far as style/colors/comfort. I stopped in Aladdin while visiting my in-laws over the holidays and met Jason and also Mary the owner. I told them about my home and showed some pictures. Love love love this store we moved to HSB in December and I had been told about Aladdin Furniture and wanted to make some changes in our new home - from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jason Alvarez the fun began - Jason was so helpful in showing me the items I was looking for and then told me about the free in-home decorating with Mary Barber well it just keeps getting better - Mary came to our home within a couple of days and had such wonderful ideas using items we already owned then we met with her at the store ... read more
Our Home Stretch recliner is STILL under MANUFACTURES WARRANTY and they won't fix it or replace it ... Your GM Joe is very rude and unprofessional, ask me yesterday if I was a engineer? I said no, he ask me how I can say there is something wrong with my recliner Well JOE it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell when your recliner leans about 2"lower on one side So I ask him if he was a engineer and to my surprise he sad NO So how can he tell me there is nothing wrong with my recliner????
Aladdin has the best customer service of any store I've ever experienced! Not only do they care about giving their customers great design advice, they care about you long afterwards. We recently had a problem with our sleeper sofa 4 years after we purchased it from Aladdin and they were there to help us with it. You just can't find loyalty to customers like that anymore! Thank you Mary and Tom for such passion and devotion to your customers!
I just wanted to leave a message for my mother (Betty Taylor).. She just recently was mattresses shopping and after visiting 4 other business went to Aladdin's. She was greeted originally By Jason who was very Knowledgeable and extremely helpful to her. She went home and thought about things and when she made her decision she went back to Aladdin's and asked for Jason but it was his day off and so Gale was happy to help her. They have no record of the sectional I purchased over a year ago, but they have been taking money out of my account twice a month for over a year? ??! I even purchased the warranty on the sectional and yet they have no record of it! How wrong is that?! Do not use this furniture store!
Wow!!! I just had my Rize Relaxer wireless adjustable bed delivered and set up!! Just took it for a spin!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! Thank you Mary Barker, Gale, Sydney and the gang for all your help!
