I had horrible experience at the Denton location! I will never attempt to buy furniture from this place. They had me schedule to delivered a bedroom set for a whole month a guy name James confirmed my delivery then last minute they informed me that not all the furniture would come on that day and a second delivery fee would be charged. The manager Mike seemed extremely annoyed when I requested and refund and Lizbeth the sales women that helped me was hostile when she found out I wanted a refund.

Great service, our sales associate, Vernon was very attentive and patient to our needs. He got us everything we needed and made sure we could pick up in the store that would be closest to us in Texas after our move.
Vernon was very helpful and very patient as I went back and forth across the store. Furniture looks great and prices are very reasonable! I'll be going back as I slowly furnish my new house!

Just want to say I will highly recommend Aladdin to all my friends and family. Went there looking for a couch and live seat, Jeff was wonderful person. Very kind and helpful. Will visit again soon.
