We bought 19 pieces of furniture in 2016. I also bought the 5 year warranty. I've had to fill 2 separate claims with the warranty company because the sectional is the biggest piece of junk! The warranty is a joke! The first time I called to have the couch fixed it took over 6 MONTHS! Now I'm on claim #2, because the frame is broke, and I'm on month 3 of trying to get someone to order the parts so it can be fixed. The warranty company says the store has to order the parts. Just had our new sectional delivered and could not be more pleased. Not only was the quality of the furniture offered by Aladdin outstanding, the customer service was exceptional. Gale was our Customer Service Rep, she was with us every step of the way, from choosing the fabric and helping us find the perfect pillow fabric to assuring the delivery would meet our timeline. We recently purchased a recliner - our sales person Renee Garcia was excellent. She was able to answer all our questions and was knowledgeable on all the recliner we looked at. They had the best deal in town.
