Installer was knowledgable, completed work in a very short time but I later found out that the pricing was much higher than the average. It needed to be fixed and they were the ones to last perform a repair on the door, so I called the number on the sticker they left last time. I didn’t want to make the guy leave for me to do homework and then come back, so I approved the work then there. My fault, but the pricing was outrageous.

After having multiple estimates and company’s coming out, Aladian was the #1. Kyle (Manager) worked with me on pricing, helped get the information I needed for my HOA and was such a joy to work with, breath of fresh air 😊. Big corporations don’t have the time won’t come down in price and basically just leave you waiting for a return call! If you are needing anything related to garage doors Aladian is a must. Kyle gave me a two hour window for the technician to arrive and he came 15 minutes early. He explained my options and got right to work. Mark finished the whole job in a reasonable amount of time. Then checked out the entire garage doors moving parts and oiled all of them. He took photos.
