The overall service lacked organization and consistency. There was no sense of proper planning or quality control.
Mahdi was on time, competent, clear, skilled. Completed the work timely. It was expensive but what isn’t these days. The only thing I didn’t like was the option at the end for a tip. It came as a surprise and because the work was good I felt obligated to tip.
