The rent is good, but that is all I have to say positive. They are slow on repairs and when you move out, they illegally try to nickel and dime you. They ripped up the carpet and charged me instead of calling Stanley Steamers for dirty carpet in the "high traffic areas".
I lived here a couple of years ago before I got married. I'm just now putting a review cause I feel like everyone deserves a chance to know about the place you might end up living in! They have since then remodeled the apartments so I have no idea what they look like. My apartment was so adorable! I lived in a 1 bdrm with just my son and I and it was beyond HUGE! The place is verry noisy from the I5 highway, plus the office people are just rude.
