Very friendly staff who helped assist me quickly and kindly! I went on a Wednesday just two hours before closing and they got me in and out within 15 minutes unlike Quest where I sat for 45 minutes THEN went in for testing. It is a small business/office space so beware that when busy they may experience back ups quicker but I didn’t have that problem. Alacrity Diagnostic conducts drug testing for current and oncoming employees for Nationwide Medical Licensing. We saved hundreds of dollars using Alacrity instead of drug testing kits. Since using this company, I have had nothing but great customer service from John and his staff. Keep up the great work and I recommend using John for all yoir drug testing needs.
The owner was extremely professional and personable, really nice person. Probably the most pleasant drug test experience I've had!
Closed Friday 8 November 2019 as their internet was down. Note on door said 'Open tomorrow 8AM.' Well, I called before I left this morning (a little after 8), and it went straight to voicemail. I live in SE Palm Bay, so it isn't convenient for me at all, it just happens to be close to my employer so we're all tested here. Arrived after 9AM and they're closed.
