Always punctual and friendly
I love the whole staff !!
My experience is always as pleasant as any trip to the dentist can be. Going in for a dental appointment can be unpleasant but at Alachua Family Dentistry I always feel that the staff makes my visit as enjoyable as possible. People who are always friendly, always helpful and always positive is what I find with each visit. I guess I will be a patient at Alachua Family Dentistry as long as I have teeth.
I don't like long waits in the waiting room and never had it happen here.
Very friendly,professional staff.Put clients completely at ease.Caring,& always checking on comfort level throughout every procedure.Each & every member of the team is AWESOME,from the desk staff at reception all the way up the chain to the dentists.Hope I can continue with your office even when I retire (depending on the cost) lol Keep up the excellent work.
I have had the same person that takes care of me and she is very good at what she does always nice and always ask if I'm ok or how I'm doing while she works on me and the staff ,,, I'm in awe I love them thank you all !
I just wanted to say thank you for sending your feedback form that measure how well as a customer of yours that I think you are doing. I have been under an extensive dental plan which I had reservations in beginning the treatment. Today while in the PLAN since the March of 2013 I have "NO" regrets. Alachua Dentistry and Dr. Cody are the best! I was always nervous about going to the dentist. However, since being treated by Dr. Cody and his assistants, I can't say that anymore. Dr. Cody is gentle and caring, which is shown in the way he performs his work. He constantly asks you if you are comfortable and tells you exactly what he is doing and why.
