Very nice and caring.
There is never any waiting, always take you right on time. Very clean office, all the staff is very polite and answers any questions you have. Dr Lazo is so kind and gentle. Would recommend anyone to use this Dentist office. Ease of getting an appointment, and insurance questions are great.
Excellent care. Everyone is kind, informative and most of all patient with my sometimes less than stellar dental habits. But they have very gently coaxed me into being more attentive to my dental routine. Best of all, my teeth and gums are healthier than ever.
New patient last year and they are one of the best I have ever had!
As always, my experience was most positive. After disappointing experiences with other dentists, I have been greatly pleased to find a dentist in Dr. Lazo, who is not only expert in her skills, but considerate and attentive to my particular needs and situation, with fair rates which enable me to take care of my needs on a tight budget. The front office is also helpful in going over my treatment plan and insurance coverage. Everyone is polite and cheerful. I have happily recommend them to friends and family.

I truly do not like going to the dentisty but the staff at Alachua Family Denisty make me feel very safe. Very good/Excellent customer service.
