Was just at the 1st street location. Everyone was great, especially Amber! Everyone talks about DMVs being a general drain of an experience, by the tax office on 1st was great. Everyone was nice and personable, and we were able to get everything done in about 15mins.
Great Service! Mr. John Power is following the foot steps of the late Von Fraser. Great job!
I visited the Northwest branch (5180 NW 34th St.) to renew my tags and it was the most efficient tax collector's office I've ever been to. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and courteous. If this was the experience people normally had with tax offices, it wouldn't be such a dreaded experience. I am a fan.
