I went to get my concealed carry permit after making a appointment and they tell me they aren't doing Concealed Carry Permits right now.
Ms. Phyllis has continued to be helpful and explained what I needed to do to accomplish my needs. Thank you for your knowledge and experience
CWP renewal at downtown location was SO convenient and took less than 5 minutes! Staff was friendly, helpful, very efficient! I was in and out before my appointment time. I highly recommend renewing in person at Tax Collector's office over renewal by mail, which can take a month or more. They'll make your photo too!
Zach Green is the best. I was having an allergy coughing attack and Zach Green, pulled out a bottle of water from his backpack to give to me. Thanks for caring and being professional in your job as well. I posted a Live Video, but I could not tag the Alachua County Tax Collector Page. Thanks again.
I had a very pleasant experience replacing my DL here! The wait was not long and the customer service was very good. From the woman (sorry, didn't get your name!) who checked me in to Emily who helped me get my stuff sorted, everyone was top notch! It was refreshing to receive such good service at a county office of this type. Thanks!
No one wants to be here but the staff were polite, helpful, and efficient. Randy at the 1st Street location was friendly and chatted with me as the computer did its thing. It only took 20 minutes to convert my license and I only had a 5 minute wait. Be sure to make an appointment and check out everything on the website before you arrive and things will go very smoothly.
