Their services were the absolute worst!!! We waited over three hours to even get a response from a nurse in the middle of a medical emergency. Your loved one deserves better!!
Only offered me physical therapy. No help around the house or otherwise. Home health is a lot more than just physical therapy. I am unable to keep my home clean, it's a struggle just to water my flowers. I need help here and couldn't get it from you. So if you don't mind me asking, why say you are a home health agency? It's a blatant lie.
