I was disappointed that my procedures cost more than I was quoted due to an unforeseen problem. I would have like to have been told at the time of the procedure that there would be an extra charge. .Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Janice,unfortunately this happens some times..it is not intentional....but with the procedure you had the Doctor doesn't know until he gets in the tooth....but it is better to do it right the first time than to have to go back and re-do it...I am sure you wouldn't want him to not do what is best for you...you have been a patient for a long time and I hope you know we would never do anything but give you the best possible treatment....God Bless!!

As usual my experience at Alabaster Dental was great. Only waited about 10 before being called in and Dr. Fiorella is THE BEST dentist ever,always so kind patient and compassionate a quality rare in the health care industry,coming from someone in the industry.

Dr Emmons has been my dentist for years. I actually became a patient at Alabaster Dental Care once Dr Emmons joined the practice. Everything about the office has been a positive experience for me. Each staff person I have come in contact with has been great. I would recommend Alabaster Dental Care to anyone!
