I really enjoyed doctor ananyev but after leaving his office for the first time and doing my research the follow up calls concerning medication and insurance were a nightmare. The office staff was slow to call back and made me feel like I wasn't being listened to especially when I did the leg work with my insurance company. I now have to go to another urologist in hopes of better office support and improved listening skills. I wouldn't advise anyone going here unless you have the cash to pay their services or your situation ... read more
