I can't speak for everyone's experience but I can say that I have enjoyed working with them. The Dr.'s and staff were all very nice and explained everything to me and offered to further assist me with any questions and concerns. I left feeling cared for and informed!
Office staff is trash. Accused me of skipping out on bill when in reality they were using my contact information from 6 years ago. I haven't even seen the dr yet. Not going to.
They are very rude to their patients and keep billing us “no show” fees for appt. we DID NOT schedule. Run far away from this place.
I can't describe how horrible mt experience was... I refused to continue... I got up half way through and left because of the Dr's conduct... This was the worst experience of my life...
I would give these folks an half star if I could do it. They don't deserve a full star. I was a customer at the Madison location for a few years..bad operation overall there including the doctor. I decided to relocate to the Huntsville location because of the bad service at the Madison location, but I got a letter before I did that doctor at Madison location was closing the business and relocating to Germany!
