I could honestly go on and on about how terrible this group of "psychiatrists" are. I have been continuously bringing up how badly my adhd symptoms are bothering me . Instead of trying to get me on an adhd medication i was given a dementia medication. Then at my next appointment i was seen by annie andrews who had a terrible attitude. I have been trying to reach this office for MONTHS. Absolutely do not go here!! I have been out of one of my very important medicines and had to go off of it cold turkey for over a month and still do not have it . My pharmacy has tried to call about getting refills and cannot get them. I have been calling since December trying to get an appointment, i have left messages. This office is awful! You can never get anyone the phone. They cancel your appointments without contacting you. You leave messages, and never get a phone call back. Katie is amazing, but the office is not run professionally.
We have been attempting to reach Dr. Manuel for over a month for my mothers medication that was sent in at an incorrect dosage. She, myself and her pharmacy have left multiple messages and no one has responded at all. This is the second or third time this has happened in the last 12 months.
