This office is awful! You can never get anyone the phone. They cancel your appointments without contacting you. You leave messages, and never get a phone call back. Katie is amazing, but the office is not run professionally.
We have been attempting to reach Dr. Manuel for over a month for my mothers medication that was sent in at an incorrect dosage. She, myself and her pharmacy have left multiple messages and no one has responded at all. This is the second or third time this has happened in the last 12 months.
Very helpful.Everyone is very kind and adheres to my condition.I have a hearing problem and a mental problem.But they took care of me very well
