Horrible. They had zero issues collecting my co-pay but failed to send the telehealth link to my scheduled appointment. I planned this appointment on my short, 30 min lunch break & it was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. The doctor never called or reached out to determine why I may have missed my appointment. No one will answer the phone at the office or respond to the messages I left on the portal.
