I sent APS an email on 7/7/23 and they have not responded to my email regarding the Sump Pump and trench that they put at our din door that is not working. The email was sent to ***** and *****. We contacted them regarding the Sump Pump with a 22 feet trench drain outside with 100 feet 1 1/2 discharge to street. The work was done in June 2020 and we paid $3,200 to have the work done. I was billed by APS for services not provided. When I was contacted (4-13/22) by the tech to for the appt. I explained to her that construction on the property would prevent spraying at the current time and I would need to postpone service 2 weeks and she agreed. She texted me again on the 19th asking to come by on the 20th and I reminded her of our conversation and then she requested the 29th and I agreed. I had the lovely experience today of seeing an Alabama Professional Services employee on my Ring camera for according to him my 12:00 appointment. My Ring camera played my prerecorded message for when I am not home and I then watched him walk around the side of my house into my backyard. I was a bit shocked as I didn't have an appointment scheduled nor recognize the company on this mans shirt so I called the company. I had 3 companies come out, look at my craw space, tell me what they would do and then give me a quote. APS was the only one that would contact their other customers that they had finished working with, and checked with them and then gave me the phone numbers of customers that said it was ok. I called them and went to look at the work that APS did, and talked to the other home owners. Everyone that I talked to was very pleased and stated that they had no complaints. Horrible bookkeeping. My bank inadvertently forward a payment to APS and they forward the payment to the new owners of the house and refused to send me refund. The account manager is rude and unprofessional, and refuse to refund me my money. I spoke with representative about the refund earlier this year, and they stated that they were going to research my refund. Now my money has been refunded to a person that I do not know. They refused to give me my money and this is highly unacceptable.

The previous owners of my house used APS for their termite protection, and for the last 5 years I was very happy with their service. I even hired them to kill the ants coming into my kitchen and they did an excellent job, they didn't charge a lot and the ants still haven't come back two years later. But ever since my termite contract expired in December, it's been like pulling teeth trying to get APS to renew it. Terrible company. Keeps trying to charge me for lawn care i never received. And I always had to call them to find out if and when they were coming. They didn't even do a decent job of that. Very disappointed with them.

Mr. S*********** was scheduled at 8am, he was on time and very thorough. Extremely happy with the service. Would definitely recommend. Also have termite bond thru them. No problems at all.
