Received a call today from the worker in the office about a renewal. Informed caller I had signed up with another company then she tells me she will input a cancellation. For what service? I didn’t renew the service so there was nothing to cancel. She began to cut me off and wouldn’t let me speak so I could make sure I had no charges for services I didn’t sign up. They started off on a bad note to begin with, by missing the initial appointment twice. And after a lengthy phone conversation with the area manager we had the technician out the same day. Well fast forward to the end of the 4 monthly services they require and it was recommend to swap to quarterly service, ok seemed like a good plan. Now here we are in January the start of my quarterly service. Not one peep from this company but they happily charged my credit card $40 on the 14th. I have used them for termite bond and have never had problems, and they are always punctual, friendly and professional on yearly inspection. Also, they handled critter issues we had in the wall....once only, and they totally ended that issue. They are reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Polly Long

APS did a great job on my encapsulation. Best money I have spent on the house. Technicians were timely, courteous, and very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
