Please DO NOT consider in choosing this Practice for your medical care. I called today to check up on a referral and had a very difficult time doing so because no one answered the phone. I called again from a different number and the front desk receptionist picked up the phone and I told her what I needed. She then placed me on hold for over 10 minutes just to ask the nurse a question about a referral. I've been going here for over 6 years now I never had a doctor that listen to my concerns and make sure that I'm comfortable whenever I have a problem she make sure that I get clarity of what's going on I have had problems with the phones and no one being able to pick up in the past but if you paid close attention the holidays off and certain days off is different than others she really do care about her staff they not overworked so they do have regular holidays off might be longer than others but the care that she give you ... read more

I do not typically leave reviews but you should skip this place and find another PCP. I thankfully only went here for annual's but am looking for someone new as ive been trying to call for a week to set an appointmet and can not get anyone to pick up the phone. I just tried calling 5 minutes ago at 11am (they close at 12 for lunch) and the phone rang twice before it was picked up and hung up by a person. I did not speak to someone. Dr Strickland has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She is the best. She is nice and very caring. They are so busy out may take s minute to get through on the phone line but I promise, it is well worth the wait.
