I visited this office only to request written confirmation of my child’s Medicaid end date so my employer could prevent a gap in coverage. I was not asking to extend coverage or change eligibility in any way. Unfortunately, the first representative I spoke with did not comprehend the request, repeatedly interrupted me, and failed to explain policy or options. I wish I could give a zero!! I get treated better in a McDonald’s drive thru!!! Who ever answers the phone needs to fired. She’s very rude…she yelled at me and when I asked to speak with the supervisor she said she was the supervisor (not likely) and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I’m contacting the regional office over this matter. These are people lives we are talking about. If it’s that much of an inconvenience you shouldn’t be in the customer service field! Absolutely not acceptable! 1/20/26

ZERO stars whoever answered the phone at 3:55 july 30th 2025 should be fired immediately. I'm never one to say things like this.. My husband is actually going to their office to complain to whoever is in charge because I had her on speaker with her and my kid listening and they both were in shock..
