The worst credit union ever!! Everyone is rude! They charged me 2 fees because they said I made too many charges on my account and they couldn’t keep up. So they charged me $30 twice for a courtesy pay fee even though the money was in my account. Kayla Southerland will not respond to my calls, emails or anything. She is VERY unprofessional and because of her I will be leaving this credit union. I will not stop until I find out who is over her because no one seems to have that info. My husband Bobby Woodard and I find ourselves simply in awwww of how amazing everyone at this credit union are, the fact that they know everyone who banks there and I mean know you, not only tellers but everyone is so pleasant and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve your issues. The CFO, Mr. Lowe is just incredible, he actually spent days working out a situation we had to the extent that we could not be happier. He's hands on and accessible. I applied to be a new member and received a call from Charletta Keenan. She was very nice and knowledgeably when helping complete my application. I called in talked Len it was not the best experience.
