I just experienced the most frustrating and awful experience a human being can experience. I will not be back!
Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about their patients. They do not check with insurance to see if basic labs are covered like every other office does and expects you to do it like it isn’t common practice among doctor’s offices. The practice manager, Stephanie, said they don’t have the time to do that for every single patient.
