Lose my check and charge me $340 in interest.
Service horrible. They seem to have written answers for questions. I got absolutely NO help trying to register my out of state vehicles from them or the local office. They asked for a title, there is a lien. The company won’t give me a copy of the title. We can’t do anything for you then. I’ve lived in SEVEN states and ALL I ever did was go to the DMV with the registration from out of state, license, insurance and a bill showing where I live and voila, done. Not here. This is going on six months now!
Giving a five-star review to a government entity might be a rarity but I've had several fantastic encounters with the Alabama Department of Revenue for our small business. Every person I talk to here is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Couldn't ask for more and this service model sets the standard other states/the feds would do well to emulate.
