Insane wait time (hours) with no explanation.
Literally been here over an hour waiting in the waiting room for a simple drug test I’ve never been somewhere that didn’t have their shit together as this place I’m from Atlanta with places that see so much more volume and have never waited this long this is absolutely ridiculous
I been here since 10 it’s now 1230 they really suck an I had to pee twice of course it not gone temp rite if u leave it u there for 5 min duh
Extremely slow service. Waited 2 hours for a 5 minute test.
After reading the reviews I was expecting to be here for at least a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised though. Yesterday I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and was the second person to sign in. I was in my car and leaving the parking lot 26 minutes later after completing a physical. The two front office staff, the nurse, and the nurse practitioner were all very nice and helpful.
