Definitely not professional!!!! Lost an instant drug test !!! Nasty and unwelcoming attitudes!!!
Nurse Irma (I hope that’s the correct spelling) I love her!! She’s the best and works very swiftly!!! 10/10 customer service!!!
Literally the slowest facility ive ever been to. The front desk ladies literally be watching youtube while charting😭. The bathrooms were not very clean. The front people werent nice and it seemed really understaffed. Like one of huffed and puffed at me. The nurse was super nice though!!!! Im not one to complain but waiting two hours for a drug test (especially when its not busy) is ridiculous 😭.
Very Slow and the CMA Shandra is so rude. I’m not sure why she feel like she can act the way she does but it was ridiculous.
ALL the staff members were so kind and pleasant from start to finish!!! Shout out to Irma for AMAZINGGG customer service!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and takes pride in what she does!!! 10/10 definitely recommend :)
