They should put that you WILL BE WAITING 2.5 to 3 hours just for a drug test. The lobby is cold, and the medical assistants at the front act like they hate the job. They hold your id for about an hour (the reasoning behind it?). Then say they will be with you shortly after already waiting for 2 hours plus…. Like it makes no sense at all. Imagine HOLDING YOUR URINE FOR 2 hours for a drug test.
Take too long to give screens and the lady at the front desk was on her phone while I was talking to her
They Don’t Never Answer The Phone Or Call Back I’ve Been Calling For Weeks And I Stay All The Way In Mississippi
The individuals up front taking IDs took an hour and half to give me my license back when there’s only 19 people in front of me. While they just sit there stuffing their faces with cake and talking more than working. This is the most insufficient medical office I’ve ever been to and I would have all three of those individuals fired that are working today 06-29-26 I’ve heard them be rude to multiple people while waiting to just take a drug test for an hour and half and I’m still waiting… and I NEVER leave reviews so this shou... read more
