Based on previous reviews, I was both nervous and hesitant to go to a scheduled appointment here. Thankfully, the staff far exceeded by expectations. While the receptionist wasn't overly friendly, she wasn't rude, moreso, curt. The main lady who helped me; a middle aged Latino lady, possibly a CNA, was wonderful. She was thorough and professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She tried her hardest to quickly have me seen and on my way. Trying to get someone on the phone is like hitting the lottery. This place is a joke
My experience was great the receptionist were very polite wait time was 35 to 45 minutes which was not bad. Dr. Ricketts was very polite and thorough and a big shout out to the xray tec. Steve Cruz. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great place
