Sold my friend a lemon. Then charged him for repairs within the same month vehicle was purchased. Very shady and unprofessional. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AT LEAST 5X since he got it. The last time they repaired the vehicle it took over 2 weeks. He had to get his own rental(every time) even though they rent out their cars. They know the vehicle is messed up prior to resale yet tell you to let them fix what is wrong and then charge you after they fix it. If you don't pay them for repairs they still repossess the vehicle.
They are liars and they will run your credit when it's suppose to be buy here pay here and then try to get more money out of you. They are con artists. They also run copies of paperwork with people's social security numbers laying them down in front on everyone and I could clearly see three different people's social security numbers and birthdates. My husband recently financed a vehicle here and JR and his staff have been nothing but helpful and nice. Great customer service all around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable ride. We have also bought cash vehicles here in the past and they have been great vehicles.
Do not rent any homes from them. Terrible business, just money hungry. Not willing to fix anything within the house. I was warned by others about their behavior, if only I would have listened. This is my bathroom floor with a hole in front of the toilet. We can see and smell outside. Been waiting over A WEEK just to hear back from someone, still nothing.
