I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ben, Beth, Tom, Jen and everyone who I've had the pleasure of meeting there are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! After I lost my foot I was on the verge of depression, but they pulled me back.They answered every question and concern that I had. Every time I had to get a new prosthetic ( because of limb change) or adjustments they make sure that I am okay and that EVERYTHING is functioning properly before I leave the office. Ben Percival was my service representative in Daphne, Alabama. He was extremely caring and attentive and very concerned about relieving the excruciating pain in both of my feet. He took foam molds of both feet and sent them off to the manufacturing facility who makes the orthopedics for each foot. He took much time to listen to everything I had to say about exactly where my pain was isolated to and different areas to which the pain spread.
