Alabama Air installed an Amana AC and heating unit in our home. There was a minor issue but the company promptly resolved the issue within 12 hours of the installation. The owner/technician was very responsive.
Alabama Air has done several jobs for me. First was repairing an older unit, pricing was very fair and they did what they said on time. I had them add a split unit at a later date due to the house not cooling in a back room. Of the several bids I got theirs was in the middle but they did make it a hard sell.
