Alaa is a very forgetful nurse, he forgets my refills constantly, and tells me nothing can be done for my memory, when I finally got a doctor he gave me meds that cleared that up, he said nothing can be done about my incontinence but the new doctor took me off the water pill and that is clearing up. My list can go on, he changed my atenolol without telling me and I had a very bad mental experience. This new clinic listen to me instead of saying there is nothing they can do.
