I have used Al West’s Service Dept. for years and have received exceptional service every single time!
I am currently traveling through St. Louis & I ran into an issue with the vehicle I drove. I couldn’t find any shop that would work on a hybrid vehicle but I called Al West I spoke with someone from the service department & he was on top of it! He literally got me set up to get the vehicle to be repaired & it was cost effective! Thank you so much & the customer service my family & I received from Cassidy was also amazing! The whole service team deserves 5 stars
