Had a great experience. We were trying to sell two homes at once in order to purchase another. Al accomplished this. Sold one of the houses during the first open house. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Westchester County area.

Al took very good care of me. He was very knowledgeable about the price I should ask for. He was ALWAYS there to answer the phone which I feel is so important. And he never made me feel that I was bothering him. He sold my house in 2 days for a higher price than we listed at. I would recommend Al Vanacoro to anyone who wants to deal with a professional!

Al is an excellent broker. We contacted him when we were interested in purchasing a house in Sleepy Hollow where he was the listed agent, which we did not pursue because a bidding war had started and we weren't interested in participating (and he also advised us not to participate). We then went with him to look at a bunch of houses the following weekend, and made a bid which, after a long negotiation, was accepted. Very knowledgable about houses and very helpful! He was easy to work with and really knew his stuff and helped us get a good deal on a great house. When we first looked at our house it had an accepted offer but the buyers went back to s because their agent knew al and knew he would be honest.

Al helped my family and I sell a property that was bogged down by red tape and town bureaucracy and ineptitude for almost 12 years. He never lost sight of the objective, never wavered, was always available for advice and counsel and eventually got us a good deal. I don't believe we could have weathered this fiasco without his expert help.
