Very responsive. Called this morning & they came to house same day. Friendly/ personable (Sl & Dakota)! Al throughly explained what they could do if I need to replace hot water tank. Recommended raising tank more due to constant water/sewer back up. Told me what other services provided to keep in mind.

Get it done! We had a plumbing issue that lasted over a year, with multiple plumbers attempting to fix but done incorrectly. Smithy's finally got it resolved for us properly! Sometimes it takes a bit of time to coordinate when they're coming, but Smithy's has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled.
Update: We now have to pay a different plumber to fix our clog and the hole your company put in the pipe. You have been reported to the BBB for your unprofessionalism and damage of our property. Smithy's Plumbing came out to fix a clogged pipe at my house, and they ended up putting a hole in a pipe. They wouldn't fix it charged me $160 for doing nothing. I called to speak with them about the issue and was hung up on after o spoke. It's a risk letting these people in your home.
Very happy with my service today. Efficient, explained everything well, and made me aware of some other problems that the city was responsible to fix. Definitely feel like I got my moneys worth!
