I used another plumber for years and was constantly mystified as to why things didn't get any better. And when the heat went out during a cold winter night, it would sometimes take days for their "24-hour emergency service" to return my calls. Then I started using Al Terry. Even before I became a member of their Diamond Club, they went out of their way to help me out. All of their associates are neat, clean, punctual and go the extra mile to explain things to you. I couldn't be happier with Al Terry!
The company sent Mark to reconfigure my drains and water lines after I installed a new Corian sink and counters. They came when they said they would and Mark was neat and clean in his work: oh, and did I mention "fast?" This is the second time I use Al Terry Plumbing and they will continue to be my plumbers until the day I day or they close the shop.
